Growing up in the small town of Jourdanton, Ashley was an active member within the band at Jourdanton Junior High and High School, playing flute in both concert and marching band.  Ashley is currently a sophomore at Texas State University majoring in History and minoring in Political Science. During her first year Ashley marched in the Bobcat Marching Band and performed with the concert band. This will be her second year as a marching tech at Akins High School and has high hopes for the program this upcoming marching season.
