Frank De Leon is currently a third year student at Texas State University, pursuing a degree in Music Education with a concentration in percussion. During his time at Texas State, he has performed with the Texas State Percussion Ensemble, The Bobcat Marching Band where he is currently serving as the Tenor Drum section leader, Concert Band, and Symphony Orchestra where he served as principal percussionist, and he will be performing with the Texas State Wind Symphony this upcoming Fall semester. Frank's marching arts experience includes performing with the Macy's Great American Marching Band, Guardians DBC, Violet Crown Independent, Crossmen DBC, Rhythmic Force Percussion, and most recently, Boston Crusaders DBC. In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his great friends, and taking care of his cat, Pepper. Frank is very excited to be working with the Akins Eagle Band!
