TCGC Help Needed!

On Saturday, February 19, Akins will be hosting a colorguard and percussion competition. All students will be expected to work this event, but we also need your help!

1. We need parent volunteers to make this event as smooth as possible. Please go to our AEB website and scroll down on the right to find the link for SignUpGenius. Once there, you will see a link to sign up for “TCGC Event 2022”. Most volunteer jobs are indoors, monitoring the areas competitors will be moving through. If you sign up for two shifts (a half day), you will be provided a free meal.   Sign Up Genius
2. We are asking for donations for our concessions stand. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Attached is a list of items we need. Please, no substitutions or store brands.
