2022-2023 AEB Auditions

Auditions for the 2022-2023 Akins Eagle Band will take place with online submissions during the week of Monday, May 16, 2022 to Friday, May 20, 2022.
​
These auditions are for returning members to the Akins Eagle Band, NOT for incoming freshman.​

All auditions will be conducted during class time.
Recording #1
  • State your name.
  • Say what band you are auditioning for.
  • Symphonic and Concert Band- Variation #1 & #2
  • Wind Symphony- Variation #3 & #4
  • Start your scale from the first scale on the page.
  • If you are not playing a scale, then state clearly what scale you are skipping.
  • All students must play the arpeggios at the end of the scales.
  • All students must play the chromatic scale.
  • Submit the second recording online.
