Akins High School 6:30AM - Call Time/Warm Up (Come dressed in full attire) 7:30AM - End Warm Up/Tune 7:45AM - Load Bus/Depart Akins Hays Performing Arts Center 8:20AM - Arrive Hays Performing Arts Center 8:55AM - Warm Up 9:30AM - Warm Up Ends 9:35AM - Perform 10:10AM - Sight Reading 11:00AM - Depart Hays Performing Arts Center Wind Symphony Akins High School 1:30PM- Call Time (3rd Period) 1:35PM- Rehearsal Starts/Percussion Load Equipment Truck 2:00PM- Rehearsal Ends/ Students Change into Concert Attire 2:20PM- Load Buses and Equipment Truck 2:30PM- Depart to Hays PAC 3:00PM- Arrive at Hays PAC Burger Stadium 3:00PM- Arrive at Hays PAC 3:05PM- Unload Buses and Equipment Truck 3:25PM- Warm-Up Begins 4:10PM- Warm-Up Ends 4:15PM- Performance Begins 4:45PM- Performance Ends 5:00PM- Sight-Reading Begins 5:30PM- Sight-Reading Ends 6:00PM- Depart from Hays PAC 6:30PM- Arrive at Akins High School **All students need to have their correct concert attire for all UIL Events**

Hi all! The Pre-UIL concert will be Monday night at 7pm in the auditorium.

There will be copies of the parent info form available at the door, but to save time, you can fill it out online here: https://tinyurl.com/2p992b8s All forms completed prior to the concert (online or in person) will be entered into a drawing for a door prize at the concert! Starting Tuesday after spring break, we will be distributing the next fundraiser, discount cards. Each student will receive 5 cards to sell. By April 18, everyone should turn in their $50, or any remaining unsold cards. Each student will have a manila envelope that contains everything they need:
