AEB Pre-Season Camp #1

Hello 2023 Future Akins Eagle Band members!

In preparation for the 2023 Marching Season, we will host two AEB Preview Camps to teach our new members movement basics that we will use throughout our 2023 marching production. These will serve as an introduction to concepts that will be built on the rest of the season. You will meet your fellow Akins Band members and learn valuable skills, so in order to attain a membership spot, your attendance is required!

What you will learn: 

• Posture/Lower/Upper Body Positions 
• Forward/Backward Marching/Slides
• Dance fundamentals
• AEB Concept Warm Up

What you will need: 

• Athletic clothing
  • White/gray T-Shirt, Shorts, Tennis Shoes 
• Water jug
  • At least ½  gallon 
• Sunscreen 
• Instrument 

Dates:
Camp #1

• Thursday, April 13th 5:00PM - 7:30PM
• Friday, April 14th 5:00PM - 7:30PM
• Saturday, April 15th 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Camp #2

• Thursday, May 18th 5:00PM - 7:30PM
• Friday, May 19th 5:00PM - 7:30PM
• Saturday, May 20th 9:00AM - 1:00PM
