4:35PM- Dinner (Provided by Boosters)
5:00PM- Rehearsal Starts
6:15PM- Load Trailers/Clean and Change
6:30PM- Homework
7:00PM- Depart from Akins ECHS

Toney Burger Stadium 
7:30PM- Arrive at Burger Stadium
7:45PM- Unload
8:00PM- Move to Stadium
8:15PM- Performance Time
8:30PM-Load Truck
8:45PM- Sit in Stands watch Bands
10:00PM- Depart
10:30PM- Arrive at Akins

Akins High School
10:45PM- Dismissed from Akins HS

• Clean shoes, instruments, and make sure all bibbers, jackets and undershirts are hung properly in a garment bag.
  

Austin ISD Jamboree Information:
Tickets/Promotional Materials- $3 each. These will only be purchased electronically through GoFan (they will go live next week). Just like in years past this will be used as a fundraiser opportunity. Students 12 and under are free. Promotional materials are attached. Please share with your booster programs and school community.
