12:00pm Load Truck, Eat Lunch
12:25pm Depart Akins HS
1:15pm Arrive at Dripping Springs HS
1:20pm Unload Truck, Director Checks In
1:35pm Transition to Warm-Up Zone
1:45pm Warm-Up
2:45pm Leave Warm-Up, Transition to Gate
2:55pm Move onto Field
3:00pm PERFORMANCE
3:15pm Move off Field, Load Truck
3:30pm Awards Ceremony in Stadium (Bethany, Carlos, Julissa, Andrea in Uniform)
3:45pm Depart Dripping Springs HS
4:30pm Unload at Akins High School
5:00pm Dismissed

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
- NO jewelry while in uniform.
- We need help moving equipment. There is a signup genius for those interested.
- Friends and Family are encouraged to watch the performance! $8 general
Admission, $5 for Students and Seniors. The stadium has a clear bag policy.
